Order acceptance, cancellation, and completion

Orders are accepted at our discretion. Cancellation before service starts may qualify for a refund of any deposit, subject to our discretion. Orders are final once services are rendered. Should unsafe conditions prevent us from completing an order, we may cancel or reschedule and issue refunds as we see fit. By signing any invoice, you confirm that the work has been completed to your satisfaction, thereby waiving any right to further claims or adjustments.

Product availability and modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services or products without notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy in our service descriptions and images, they are provided for reference only.

Payment and charge authorization

Payment is due upon booking or as otherwise agreed. By signing the invoice, you authorize charges to your credit card and agree to waive any right to initiate chargebacks or disputes. We reserve the right to use third party processors; applicable fees are your responsibility. Should a chargeback occur, you agree to immediately resolve it or allow your financial institution to reverse it on your behalf.

No warranty on services

All services are provided "as is," with no warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for incidental damage during service, such as paint chipping or carpet fiber damage to texture or color. You accept responsibility for pre existing damage and acknowledge that complete stain removal may not be possible.

Communications consent

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green and Clean Home Services USA, Inc., and its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your failure to comply with these terms, negligence, willful misconduct, or hazards present on your property.

Right to refuse or cease service

We reserve the right to refuse or cease service if conditions are hazardous, if adequate access is not provided, or if the service area presents risks to our staff or equipment.

Intellectual property

Dispute resolution, arbitration, and attorney's fees
