Local knowledge
Eastlake ranches are the most common dryer vent call we get in the county.
Eastlake housing runs to 1950s and 1960s ranches and bungalows with single flue chimneys and short, often crushed, dryer vents. Lake Erie is a few miles north of every home in the county. Lake effect snow piles on chimney crowns, wind driven rain finds gaps in flashing, and the temperature crosses freezing forty to fifty times a winter.
We work across the neighborhoods off Vine Street and the streets near the lakefront and Classic Park, so we know what these homes need and what tends to go wrong in them.
