“I recently had my air ducts and furnace cleaned, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was extremely professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything he was doing throughout the process. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work. The difference was noticeable right away—everything feels cleaner, airflow has improved, and I have peace of mind knowing the system is running efficiently. Local knowledge
Cleveland has the oldest chimneys we touch, and most doubles still have two flues sharing one stack that nobody has scanned in decades.
Cleveland housing runs to century doubles, brick colonials and Cleveland bungalows with tall unlined brick chimneys, plus newer infill homes with prefab fireplaces. The east side sits in the snowbelt and the west side takes the wind straight off Lake Erie, and everywhere in between the temperature crosses freezing dozens of times a winter. Cuyahoga has the oldest housing stock in Northeast Ohio, so century brick with unlined clay flues and 1950s ranches with original ductwork are what we see most.
We work across neighborhoods from Collinwood and Glenville on the east side through Ohio City, Tremont and Detroit Shoreway on the west, plus Old Brooklyn and West Park, so we know what these homes need and what tends to go wrong in them.
