Local knowledge
North Olmsted is a west side workhorse for us, with sweeps, duct cleaning and dryer vents on the same street.
North Olmsted housing runs to 1950s to 1970s ranches, split levels and colonials with masonry chimneys and finished basements. The east side sits in the snowbelt and the west side takes the wind straight off Lake Erie, and everywhere in between the temperature crosses freezing dozens of times a winter. Cuyahoga has the oldest housing stock in Northeast Ohio, so century brick with unlined clay flues and 1950s ranches with original ductwork are what we see most.
We work across the neighborhoods off Lorain Road, Columbia Road and Dover Center Road near Great Northern, so we know what these homes need and what tends to go wrong in them.
