I can already tell the difference.”

“I recently had my air ducts and furnace cleaned, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was extremely professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything he was doing throughout the process. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work. The difference was noticeable right away—everything feels cleaner, airflow has improved, and I have peace of mind knowing the system is running efficiently. He also made sure to leave the area spotless after finishing, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for someone reliable and thorough for duct and furnace cleaning, I highly recommend him. Local knowledge
Chardon gets more snow than anywhere else we work, and crowns and caps here take a beating every single winter.
Chardon housing runs to Victorian and century homes around the square with tall brick chimneys, plus postwar neighborhoods and newer builds on the edges. Geauga County sits squarely in the snowbelt, and roofs and chimneys here carry heavy snow from November into March while the temperature swings across freezing again and again. Wood heat is common on the township roads, so creosote buildup and liner condition matter more here than anywhere else we work.
We work across the historic square and the streets off Main Street, Water Street and North Hambden Street, so we know what these homes need and what tends to go wrong in them.
