Local knowledge
Streetsboro homes are mostly newer builds, and dryer vent and duct cleaning are the most common calls.
Streetsboro housing runs to 1970s to 2000s ranches and colonials with prefab fireplaces and long dryer vent runs. Portage County sits at the southern edge of the snowbelt, and lake effect bands still reach Aurora and Streetsboro while the whole county rides the freeze and thaw cycle all winter. Aurora and Streetsboro are mostly newer subdivisions with prefab fireplaces, while Kent and Ravenna carry century brick downtown and near the university.
We work across the neighborhoods off Route 14, Route 43 and Frost Road, plus the homes near Sunny Lake, so we know what these homes need and what tends to go wrong in them.
